Is it possible to notify an email address when using the Automation feature in Jira Service desk, instead of an Alert user? I have a team email in place to notify when we loss connection with one of our data feeds. I would like to notify the team email instead of entering all of my team as alert users. Is this possible? Thank you in advance!!
you can add the email as a user. make it restricted to portal so it doesn't eat a license. and simply use "alert user" and pick the email as the user.
