Hi Community,
our Jira site is mostly used by german speaking users but some of the service desk teams and also customers want to use english as default. Long story short -> I created a translation with the translation feature for every custom field and word but now I have the problem when a agent or a customer creats a Ticket/Task in english some of my automations do not work anymore because they where created for the german words of the fields.
does any one have a simular problem or has a solution ?
BR
Fabian
worked with using JQL filters in the automation and using the german and english field names in the JQL
Hi @Fabian Plattner did you think about using ID of the custom field?
It should be something like {{issue.fields.customfield_10234}}
