Automatically deduce a percentage based on the previous % field

Hi,

I've a custom field which gives a percentage. Let's say % of funding of a cost by part A and another custom field which is the % of funding by part B. If I put 20% in custom field for part A, I would like to have "80" automatically for part B. If I put "100" for part B, I would like to have part A automatically populated with "0".

How can I do that?
