Automatically create a set of issues on project create

Is it possible to have the system automatically create a set of issues for a new project when that new project is created?

Basically, we have an Issue Type called "Major Milestones". I have a standard set of "Major Milestone" issues that I would like automatically created when I create a new project.

You can't do it on onDemand. In the downloaded version, you could have created a listener that does it.
