Automatically assigning issue to “user 1” if “custom field1” = “x” or “y” and to “user 2” if “custom field1” = “z” or “aa”, and so on and so forth.

Hi,

In my workflow, I require issues to be automatically assigned to a specific user or group of users if based upon the value of a custom field. How can I do this?

Thanks in advance!

Andrew

Use script runner plugin, write a post function with that and do the assignment.

How do you write a post function using the script runner plugin?
