Automatic watcher feature in jira

Hi,

we have requirement when person Y (proj role could also be used) creates a ticket Person A or Person B (proj role could also be used) should automatically become watcher of this ticket.

Is this something could be achieved?

You'll need to find/write code for this.  I'd use the script runner as usual https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GRV/Script+Runner
