Is there any way to have a JIRA filter imported to Excel (2010 or 2013) and have the filter data automatically update?

We are using the RSS link of the filter and add it to Excel data connection. This was we are able to update the results from Excel.

The filter export is a static file download - it's handing a file to your computer. That's it.

If you want an update, you need to re-run the export
