Like similar that happens when I create an issue to Atlassian Support. I want to make a condition or post-function that after a specific time that the issue don't have any activity (3 days for example), automatic go to another transition in my workflow.
It is possible this with Jira?

It is! :) This is now handled with the Script Runner escalation service https://jamieechlin.atlassian.net/wiki/display/GRV/Escalation+Service This reply > my previous reply which was not so helpful. As nice as script runner is, honestly I miss jelly scripts.
