Automatic log off after 5 min inactivity

People using our On Demand Jira is automatically logging off automatically after 5 min.

Is this a bug or is there a configuration that can be changed to prevent this?

This was fine until last week.

Hi Aasimon,

There's a similar bug that our team is currently working on, which is reported here:

It basically happens when your IP changes during your session, so Crowd will require a login each time IP changes, if that's the case and your IP changes between requests, then you are hitting the above Bug. It's now on a high priority to be fixed so you can watch the bug report for updates on the fix.
