When we have issues raised automatically from emails (emails sent to bugs@domain.com), it adds that user (bugs) as a watcher, so then when the issue is commented a mail loop starts.
Is there a way we can stop the ticket raising system from becoming a watcher of the ticket? We've turned off autowatching but this is still happening.

Have you turned off auto-watching globally or for that specific user?
