Autocomplete Renderer field not displaying in Custom fields

One field, which is an auto complete renderer field, is not getting displayed in the Custom Fields section. It is there in the Fields Configuration section. 

 

I want to add a couple of values to this field. How can i do that.

Which field is that? Is it a custom field? Is it a systemic field? Is it from an app?
