Auto set flag when task status changes from X to Y?

Hi all,

is there an easy way to set the `Flag`whe the status of an task changes from X to Y (i.e. from QR to Done -> Flag = needs merge to master).

For the future, this is a stereotypical one to be solved with the Automation Plugin.
