Auto added Comment


in some cases Jira ServiceDesk add a comment in my Name and I dont know how to disable it (see attached image). 

I can't find also the option to disable this in the administration area. 

It further says (Translated for you, dont know the exact Atlassian-Text):

"It is necessary to intervene for this process ..."

Maybe its an agent or a cron job which I have to disable ...?!?!?

That does sound like an automation, trigger or listener doing something with your issues.  Do you know what it's trying to tell you?  (I mean in general - is it telling you about failed builds?  Or an internal process, or a failed SLA, etc)

Can you check for Automations, Listeners and so-on?
