I am trying to create something that when a JIRA customer adds a comment through email that it will auto transitions to approved or denied if the email comment states approved or denied. The emails are coming from people that don't have JIRA license. I setup a automation through the service desk but it did not transition the issue it just added the email to the comment. The issue is sitting in status of open and when the specific employee that either approves or denies gets an email sent to them and then they reply back with approved or denied. Then when they reply back the issue will either go approved or denied.
