Auto Fill custom field based on another Field

Hello Team,

Is it possible to autofill a custom field based on another field?

To be more brief.. I want a customfield with the list of projects i have and lets say if i select the project A it should show me the list of Versions A has, so different projects have differect fix versions and when i select a project it should only show me the list that particular project has.

Hi,

For that kind of behaviour you need to code or use an add on.

An alternative is to use the Cascade Select custom field which is standard and has two levels.
