We are wanting to automatically assign issues to our agents. We are able to do this with Automation for Jira - Server lite easily enough.
What one of our teams would like to do is only assign tickets to agents once they have previously completed their current ticket.
e.g. Agent 1 is working on 1 ticket, 10 tickets are unassigned agent closes current ticket next ticket is automatically assigned leaving 9 unassigned tickets. Agent 2 closes ticket then next ticket is assigned leaving 8 unassigned and so and so
Has anyone achieved the above with Jira?
