Attachment inventory

for a successfully running site of JIRA software 7.6.2, can we have a way to summarize -

  • how many attached files on this site ?
  • a full name list of those attached files ?
  • any information can be brought up to end-users regarding their attachment inventory, e.g. user A,  10 attachments,  file 1, file2, file3, ....file10

Hi Quan,

In SQL you can query the fileattachment table and you'll get the following data:

You can export your SQL queries as csv and generate a csv file that way if needed, e.g. using the COPY command in Postgres
