When I moved JIRA from Linux to Windows had a problem. One of the projects is labeled CON and all attachments in this project are no available, because word CON in Windows is reserved as a system and folder %JIRA_HOME%\data\attachments\CON can not exist. How to recover attachments in the project?

You can change project key in JIRA and copy attachments to corresponding folder.
