Attachment Issue--Error-jira.attachments.not.uploaded.description

Hi there,

I am facing issues <jira.attachments.not.uploaded.description> while attaching an evidence.While defect logging i used all option like drag & drop,Copy paste & Browse but while attaching evidence getting an error   

jira.attachments.not.uploaded.description

It occurs for all file formats & all browsers.

Any Solution on this please?

We use cloud Jira Software. From today we face the same issue. Nothing has changed from yesterday, we didn't change any settings. It just stopped uploading files. Any suggestion?

Since you are JIRA cloud users, there isn't much you can do as Admins check with Atlassian. Let them know that you are having issues with attachments may be a problem on their end.

Hi Yogesh,

Did you check the size of the attachment? Also do you still have space available in your attachment directory?
