Attach Screenshot functionality broke? No longer can paste

i am no longer able to attach a screen shot via "Attach Screenshot" functionality. A window no longer opens, instead the functionality opens in place of the ticket that i'm working on. And i'm unable to paste.

I also noticed that viewing screen shots no longer works in a modal window. instead opens in place of the ticket.

This widget could not be displayed.

It sounds like it could be a side effect of Can you try disabling JIRA Service Desk for me (administration-> manage add-ons-> JIRA Service Desk-> disable) to work around the problem. Let me know if that works.

i think i love you. yes that worked. i was somewhat freaking out. it's a major workflow issue. it was affecting my whole team of 25
