Once the support service expires, if we do not renew the support part, do we lose the product altogether? Or can we have the product without the support?
Do user licenses have to be renewed, which I suppose would be the case if you have to have the support.
The products all keep working, with your data. Your admins will get a licence expiry warning on screen.
You will be unsupported. You will not be able to upgrade to versions released after the end of your licence period. But everything will still work.
