Following this tutorial: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/getting-started-with-connect/

The "Greeting" app just loads until it says there is an error. I followed the tutorial step by step but I can't seem to get it to work. Is this a common issue, or is there anyone that can help point me in the right direction?
