This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Pros and Cons of Cloud vs. Server
I understand Atlassian Cloud does not offer a subscription for greater than 2000 users. Do Jira Service Desk Customers with individual Account to access a company service desk instance come under Users? or User Cap of 2000 excludes Customers with Accounts.
The answer should no because Service Desk customers don't consume licenses.
