I have created a Jira Service Desk and I have been trying to submit some Test issues. Everytime, I get the following error: The default assignee does NOT have ASSIGNABLE permission OR Unassigned issues are turned off.
I have checked the Permissions menu many times. As you can see from the two following screenshots, the settings seem to be set such that this error should not appear. Furthermore, my user roles are "user" and "Administrator." Might this be a bug?
