During the creation of an issue, can the assignee field be populated with the default assignee for the component? This action currently happens after an issue is created. As such, when an issue is being created the reporter does not know, who the issue will be assigned to.
Not without some javascript hacks. Ideally, reporter shouldn't worry about assignee unless he want to assign it to someone specifically.
