Assign jira issue from assignee to custom user field in jira 6.1.5

Please help me.

We are using jira custom field type user picker in jira 6.1.5.

We want to assign jira issue automatically to user picker from assignee user through workflow.

Could someone help use how to achieve it

You need to find or write a plugin that provides a workflow post-function for "copy user picker field to assignee". I think there's one in the Jira Suite utilities and/or Jira Misc Workflow Extensions
