I need to assign issues to people based in groups.
Eg. I have a workflow and 1 step and 3 opcions, 1- i need to assign to people from the group Developers, 2- assign to people from the group ADM and 3 people from the group Customers.
In this transitions, I have a screen with field Assign, and the options will to show in this transitions.
this is possible?
Not as "assignee". The assignee is the single user currently responsible for the issue. You can't have more than one.
But, for your developers, adm and customer groups, you could create user-picker custom fields which are limited to those groups (the limit to group thing is set in the field's contexts, and needs quite a recent version of JIRA - 6.2+ possibly 6.3...).
Once you've got those three, you could then start doing sneaky tricks like "as issue goes into status X, reassign to to person named in the customer field"
