Assign issue to original assignee with post function

I have a workflow where an issue is created by a product Manager and assigned to a developer. Once completed, it is automatically assigned back to the reporter for testing. If however, the issues fails testing, I would like my "reopen" transition to have a post function that assigned it back to the developer that finished it.

Can this be done?
