Asignar tickets a grupo recien creado

Acabo de crear 2 grupos, a los cuales añadí usuarios.

Después tanto yo como otros usuarios han intentado desde la ventana para levantar un ticket en la parte de asignarelo a un grupo no aparece ninguno de los que he creado, solamente aparecen los que ya estaban creados.

En pocas palabras quiero asignar tickets a esos grupos.

No puedes asignar un problema a un grupo en Jira. Hay una serie de discusiones en la comunidad que discuten esto y algunas soluciones alternativas.
