In our JIRA instance, we have configured an e-mail serveur with a "from user " : "Noreply@mycompany.com".
But when a user tries to contact an administrator with the link "contact administrator", the mail is correctly sent to the group jira-administator. But when I open it, the send is "no.reply..." although the user precised his adress mail in the form to submit.
What is the solution to get the right sender and not the "noreply..." ?

This is a known behaviour. There's a suggestion for this to be changed at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-27061. And also, the workaround is to check the mail headers and consult the reply-to field.
