Jira crate a Dashboard for Two Dimensional Filter if automatically Taken Descending Order. If possible  or any option is there for Ascending Order Format ?

I'ii provide snapshot for your reference :

If you click the box in the top right corner of that gadget, there is a menu to Edit.   From there you should see a menu like this:

You will note there is an option to change the "Sort Direction".  This data either descending or ascending.   Once you make this change you do need to save this gadget in order for this to be rendered as such.
