As a Jira Service Desk admin

Hi,

 

I have created one email address which had several contact linked to it. Now my question is as a Jira admin how can I make this email id default for the customers to which they send their tickets to?

 

Please suggest!

Hi Soujanya,

Go to Project setting-> Email request-> Add an email address

After adding email address try to send an email to registerd email id then ticket will automatically get created.
