Artezio burndown Chart is installed but does not display any information

I have installed this add-on (version 1.4.0 and also 1.3.1) on a standalone JIRA server version 6.2.5.

I can add the gadget to a dashboard and fill in the various options. Clicking on save however lets me see a percentage bar for a few seconds then it reverts back to the 'Edit screen'. Viewing this in another browser shows an empty gadget.

Any idea what the problem can be?

First of all, look at the browser console. The console may contain the useful information about a problem. Information about console you may look there: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console or https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/console . It’s depends from you browser.

Please copy text from the console and send by email: dmitry.kintsel@gmail.com

At second, may be useful JIRA logs. Please look here for help https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/where-are-the-application-server-logs-16121981.html . We don’t need in whole log file. Log file rotated every day. So you may reproduce problem (create chart), and find in the log file at that moment the “ERROR” word.

Or you may try to find the “artezio” word. And send us text around this word please.
