Are units of time in SLA Reports configurable?

Units of time change from one SLA report to another. We want to be able to configure the time unit and have it remain consistent between reports and regardless of the age of Issues.

I realize this is a very old post but as I am trying to clean things up a bit in the community I thought I would respond in the event it might assist someone in the future.

it is not possible to modify the units of time for your reports in Cloud
