Are there ways to change width of Issue Navigator columns (JIRA On-demand)

The column information is usually too sparcely scattered in Issue Navigator, at least in my cases. Are there ways to change a column's width in JIRA on-demand, as well as in Download version?

Not possible on onDemand. In the downloaded version, it might be possible by modifying some source files.
