Are there new Atlassian IP addresses in Boardman, Oregon?

Our incoming email addresses are being accessed from unknown users at IP 18.246.31.227. Is this Atlassian?

Hi Bruce,

I understand that you have concerns about an address that is accessing your email account at the IP address of 18.246.31.227   Atlassian does list all of the IP ranges and Domains that our Atlassian Cloud sites could be potentially using in a list you can see the IP ranges at https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/

Yes, that address is listed in the last block on that page in:

            "network": "18.246.31.128",
            "mask_len": 25,
            "cidr": "18.246.31.128/25",
            "mask": "255.255.255.128"

You can input that cidr value into a subnet calculator online to see that this range runs from 18.246.31.128 - 18.246.31.255.
