My user request is :Are there any fields that we can export that indicate the time and user that entered time spent on a story or task?

Is this field avaliable in JIRA, How can I check?

You can try Status Time app developed by our team. By default it provides reports on how much time passed in each status. Buıt it can also provide how much time passed on each assignee too.
