Are there any existing reports that would help me with earned value reporting?

My development team are experienced and consistent JIRA users.  We are wondering if there are any existing reports (or ones that could be created) that would inform traditional earned value management reporting?  We currently make a best guess against performance, but would prefer to mine the information captured in JIRA to be more accurate.

Fields that might help inform this are:

original estimate (hours)

remaining estimate (hours)

due date

start date

sprint

version

status

labels

Hi Rebecca! 

I'm looking for the same thing...were you able to find anything, or did you end up creating the reports yourself? I'm sure I can figure it out eventually, but if you don't mind sharing it would save me a boatload of time.
