Are there any caps for the OnDemand Solution?

We are in the starting process of setting up our OnDemand instance and have noticed that there is a 10MB limit for the file size of attachments.

Does anyone know whether this is a limitation per attachment or per issue?

Also, are there any caps on number of issues that can be filed in an ondemand instance, or the overall storage space for issues and attachments?

Any information would be appreciated.

This is per attachment but it can actually be changed by you (a customer admin). There are no caps aside from 25GB overall storage:
