Are Confluence, JIRA, and HipChat Section 508 compliant?

Hello,

Thanks in advance for your input. My question is 2-part.

1. Are Confluence, JIRA, and HipChat Section 508 compliant?

2. To the extent that those programs produce reports and other output on subsequent webpages, are the subsequent webpages (excluding any content added by a user) also Section 508 compliant?

I apologize if this issue has been raised in the past. I am new to the Atlassian community, and I could not find answers to my questions.
