Approvals Section and Approve button is not available in Jira Service Desk Test System

Hello All,

I am setting up a test Jira Service Desk System 7.6.1. I have taken a XML backup and restored on the test Server but I am facing a problem with Change Management Workflow. When I create a new ticket and add approvers in the ticket I am unable to see the approvals section in the view screen and Also Approve button is also not available. But when I create a new test ticket in Production system it shows this details.

Can anyone help me .

This type of errors arises due to foreign key constraints errors in database (especially AO Tables in jira) , so to overcome this one should initiate a XML backup during the low usage period or complete shutdown of writes to the application. When a clean XML backup is taken then this type of errors are not seen during restore
