Approval Link in mail

We are currently testing JIRA approval workflow. We are able to escalate for approval, and able to send and receive notification mails. Only two links available, to turn off notification for that case and a link to atlassian.

Is it possible in the notification mail, to have shortcut link to approve or redirection link to open the case?

Hi Izzuddin,

Are you looking to transition from the ticket or only have a link to the ticket so they can transition the issue?
Without customizations JIRA is not going to perform that action, however, I have seen add-ons such as the JEMH and advice to use the Approvals – Advanced Issue Acceptance add-on which can be configured to send an approval message and the link in the email approves directly without the need to login.

Hello Branden,

Thank you for your reply, we are looking for having an approval button/link in the email without users have to login to the system to Approve the ticket.

Beside from add-ons, is there any other way to achieve this?
