Application Links Link Rendering Plugin (9 or 14 modules enabled)

Installed and configured the Application Links Link Rendering Plugin however it indicates:

9 or 14 modules enabled? I am trying to link between Jira and Confluence only , do I need to have the JIRA link renderer component enabled? If so what would be causing it to be disabled?

I am pretty sure that I have configured the application links correctly

We use it as well, that is normal. It is only supported for linking to Confluence although there is code in there for other applications. So those other links are disabled.
