Any way to have the Jira Service Desk automatically move tickets to another project?

Okay, so we have a service desk at our company that our customer service reps use. What we do now is take the tickets that come in and manually move them to other projects. We're wondering if it's possible to have it automatically grab issues based on their issue type and automatically drop them in another project. Is there any way to make this happen?

Not without writing your own plugin.   Moving issues between projects could be tricky.   It is a multiple step process.
