Any plugin allow issue status transition to be triggered by Teamcity build result?

Hi there,

I'm using JIRA cloud.

I'm just wondering if there is any plugin allow issue status to be moved from e.g. Ready for release to Ready for QA when Teamcity build succeeds.

or the other way, trigger Teamcity build when issue status moves from e.g. In Progress to Ready for release.
