Hi, We have accidentally deleted some of our developer accounts. Is there any method to recover their profiles? and if we create new users with the same email address would that help to recover their old profiles?
It depends, like Nic already stated. In case it was an Atlassian Account there is a 14-day grace period before actual deletion:
Once your Atlassian account is permanently deleted, you can’t restore your account. Before we permanently delete your account, you’ll have a 14-day grace period, during which the account will appear as temporarily deactivated. You have until the grace period is over to cancel the deletion.
So probably you are on the lucky side - but we need more details from you.

Probably not, but some recovery may be possible, depending on what user directory you are using - which one is it?
