Any chance automatically to assign issue to certain person depending on request priority?

I'm using Service Desk  and want to implement the following process: 

  • When the priority of request is high then automatically assign this issue to Person A ;  
  • When priority of request is low then assign person B and so on. 

    Anyone did such things?  Does it possible to do in Jira?

Hi Andrew,

I don't think this is possible out of the box, but you could achieve it using a Script Listener from ScriptRunner for JIRA Cloud.
