My antivirus keeps displaying this message every time we try to access Jira, is it no longer secured or what? This has not happened previously.
Confluence is okay. Any help is welcome.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Doesn't seem that you are accessing an Atlassian Jira Cloud site. The URL is related to an app image. It web shield app is blocking the image that your system is trying to download.
Atlassian Cloud instance should be secured by HTTPS. Double check from another browser or computer that you are not redirected and actually reaching your actual site URL.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for your reply, we are currently using the free version of Atlassian Jira Cloud.
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1:
We open our Jira url (Example url link)
https://exampledomain.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/GTPT/boards/56
Step 2:
The antivirus popup this warning
The link in this attachment is the malicious link my antivirus intercepted when I tried to access my actual Jira url.
This does not happen when we access other websites including confluence.
Repeatedly in the last one week the antivirus bring up this warning about a malicious redirection/download when attempting to access our Jira account via the example url
(actual url can be provided privately for further investigation if needed).
This only happens with any website that has been hacked or compromised. I need Jira security team to look into this, antivirus sometime gives false positives but not in this nature.

This appears to be a site URL in relation to a marketplace app called Agile Test.
As such, the processes of that app, or redirections it might make would be something that that app vendor would be responsible for here. I would suggest reaching out to that vendor directly. They have a support portal over in https://devsamurai.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/21
I suspect that this might just be a false positive of the antivirus product being used, but perhaps the app vendor (DevSamurai) can contact the antivirus (Avast) to understand why their app would be generating this kind of block message.
