What can an anonymous user do - or, more to the point, what CAN'T an anonymous user do?

Anything you choose to let them do. Check your global permissions and each permission scheme for the use of the "group" called "anyone". If you've got no usage of that group at all, then all an anonymous user can do is get two two screens - login and permission denied.

Hi Jack,

Anonymous users usually can only browse your issue content based on your permission scheme and global permissions. From it, you can also allows them to create issues.
