Anonymous user requested to Login to view a Public Dashboard

Hello trying to allow Anonymous to view a custom Dashboard

Followed ALOT of discussion and following is what i had done

Project is Agile , on Confluence access

Browse Project = Group (Anyone)

Filter = Shared with Public

Dashboard = Shared with Public

I even modified the Confluence General Permission to allow Anonymous

Now I go to my dashboard and copy my link

I send this to external user but when they click on it they are requested to LogIn to Atlassian (i try logging in with google account, but get that I do not have permission)

If I send the link to my PRJ

My external users have no issue and can view it without the need to sign in

Can you please advise What Am I missing in my setup to be able to share dashboard with public users.
